A classic war book republished

A new edition for a "classic war book".
"Les carnets de guerre de Louis Barthas, tonnelier 1914-1918".
The book on the eve of the commemoration of the centenary of the First World War will be entitled to a new edition with a preface and afterword unprecedented Rémy Cazals. The book constantly reprinted since its first publication in 1978, has sold more than 100,000 copies. Nothing predestined this simple soldier as Corporal mobilized to become a writer also known than Henri Barbusse, Roland Dorgelès or Enrich Maria Remarque. Barthas Louis tells his war, no hatred for the enemy and denounces ungrand many details the stupidity of officers. He became an ardent anti-militarist. This testimony is to put all hands especially those of future generations.
